Saving a deck....

Customer reviews:

As the homeowner described, we were faced with an interesting challenge... can we save this deck rather than throw it away and build a new deck. The circumstances were that the long winter with over 10' of snow collapsed this deck... fortunately it collapsed "evenly" and the structure was in tact, but it fell off the house and bent some boards. The homeowner was planning on selling the house, which was extremely sought after because of its location, so that challenge was - can we save the deck and avoid spending tens of thousands on a new deck that would only be an exact replica of the one that was there.... Our challenge was - how do we do it safely and can we do it in a timely manner. The end result was we succeeded and in fact did not have to replace one board on the entire deck! Lots of extra lag bolts were added!
